If you’re looking for a Pilates studio with a great atmosphere, certified instructors Go Pilates is the place. Whether you prefer private sessions, or class groups with a loved one, you can be sure a trained instructor will be there to guide you. We offer classes in Spanish and English.

Lorenzo Diaz

•Former Rower and Gold Medal Panamerican Games 1991
Lorenzo was born in Cuba and he was a recognized athlete during his time in the Cuban National Rowing Team. He was introduced to Pilates long time ago and he’s been teaching for over 19 years. As a Sports Science Profesional He has a deep knowledge of movement and proper biomechanics, as well as injuries and physical conditions. He’s also trained to work with clients from all ages and athletes that are looking for improvement on their performance.
He’s passionate about helping others that’s why he decided to open Go Pilates in January 2020. The studio was highly impacted by COVID 19 but Lorenzo isn’t throwing in the towel just yet. Despite that he keeps working hard for the community. He will be there to motivate and help you reach your fitness goals through this wonderful method called Pilates.
Diana Campiz

•Stott Pilates Certified Instructor.
After taking her first class over 19 years ago Diana became hooked with the body, mind, and spirit connection of the Pilates Method. In 2006 she obtained her first certification in Mat and Reformer under Stott Pilates, and she had never stopped taking courses since then.
Now in Cancer remission she keeps helping people achieve their goals and expectations and as for herself, Pilates has improved her quality of life.
As a facilitator of healing Diana gets satisfaction from seeing her clients improve their movement quality, athletic performance and overall quality of life.
